A blogger post at 3am? Yes, you should certainly be wary.

There is so much I like about being at home.

I've gotten to see Julia and Evan, and to cause Chris to hide in a locked room. Yes, yes, it's true...despite the fact that it's been a year since we've spoken and we should have skipped to the "awkwardly polite" phase of not being best friends at all, he still hides in his room and plays his guitar loudly when I'm around. This is a pretty standard reaction, and one that I expected, but honestly I'm not that scary! I don't wander into rooms full of people and clear them, or spew gore from my flaming wild maw or anything. At least, not on a normal day.

I went to Zebb's with Julia, which was way fun and we had cheese fries as per usual. Then I hung out in the suite with Evan and Phill and Julia for awhile - it was good to see Phill because it was a great opportunity for Evan and I to do some tag teaming, and I'd forgotten how much I missed that!

Today I took my car to Goodyear to get the oil changed, because I love my car like it's my child and it deserves to have its oil changed as often as it wants. When I got it back, Megan and I went for sushi at Mitsuba, which was super good and which she liked a lot. Interestingly, the restaurant looked a lot like my grandma's living room (my grandma is not crazy, she was just born in Japan) and the sushi was actually good which was more than I expected from my dear 315. Megan and I had a real fun time together and I taught her how to use chopsticks and answered her purely curiosity-based questions about birth control? Afterwards, we picked up Evan and after we left Meg at home he and I went on an old-school style driving adventure, which was exactly what we both needed tonight. We found ourselves in Saquoit, Unadilla Forks and West Winfield - Facebook pictures to come soon.

As for other things that are happening...life is very much a thing. Despite the lures of the internet as a sounding board for my innermost 3am thoughts, I shall not write about these things - updates come from my voice only!

Going up to camp tomorrow, so the cell will be AWOL until roughly Sunday afternoon. If you need me before then, send a carrier pigeon!
