So tonight I was riding home, lost as usual, when I hit a real big bump and my back bike light came crashing off my bike onto the ground. I was on a one way street, but I stopped and turned around to get it when I see this guy run out into the street and rescue it (that is, all the pieces it lay in) so I could put it back together. The conversation that I had with him was thus:
"Wow, thanks for not letting me get hit by a car!"
"You're welcome!"
Also was given a small, 2inx2in copy of "Personal Bible Verses of Comfort Assurance and Salvation" in the park today when was putting on makeup next to the crackheads like I always do. The inside cover says "Compliments of: Someone Who Cares!" and on the back cover it says "For Extra Copies Write To: Sowers of Seed Inc." which is Biblical but also quite sexual if you think about it.
Am officially hired! YAY!!! Will hopefully be paid soon as at all possible because otherwise will be quite out of the monies. Went out for pizza courtesy of the office as is apparently the case each Wed. but did not go for beers afterwards because had to bike home and do not BUI. Tomorrow am going to a rally for gay people! YAY AGAIN!!!
