So in the railroad station I'm getting help from this adorable woman named Diana who totally knows which way is up and is learning things really fast! This is helpful because it means that sometimes I won't have to work 6 days a week maybe? WHAT IT CANNOT BE POSSIBLE YOU GUYS OMG
Anyway, she was in the office yesterday and brought in these crisped/fried veggies from some Amish store out in Verona, and they were delicious! One was green beans...only, crispy? It was bizarre because they looked exactly like normal green beans only when you touched them they were hard instead of soft and when you bit them they were crispy and spicy instead of mushy and green-beany (not a word, you say? PISH POSH)? The other was sliced squash and other things, which was pretty much the same idea. Like, the flavor of vegetables with the crispiness of kettle-fried chips, only not as greasy? I believe there is some kind of Amish magic involved.
Wait okay so when I said Amish magic I realized that Amish magic would pretty much be Christianity and then I thought maybe the Amish magic is really Jesus and THEN I thought OMG what if the Amish used fried veggies for Communion? That would be AWESOME.
Have I gone too far? The point is I may have gone too far.

OMG, you are amazing.
And I seriously want to try those now. There's an Amish store in Lower Manhattan, do you think they would have those? Or are they something someone makes and gives to their friends??
